Position Summary As a Survey Sales Consultant at KOREC you will be responsible for maximising the sales of Trimble’s world leading Geospatial solutions in your sales territory, including robotic total stations, GPS and 3D laser scanning. Project Manager – Building Services £40-50k + Car North Home Counties   Our client is a privately held building services company who over more than 20 years have established a very strong reputation for the quality of their building services projects.  Specialising within the Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) they employ all of their technicians, engineers and plumbers directly and this dedication to high standards of customer service has paid dividends as the business is experiencing a period of significant growth.  As a result if this they are now seeking to appoint a permanent Project Manager to report their Contracts Director.   You will already have gained significant experience within the building services sector and ideally have a good working knowledge of HVAC and have Project Managed £multi-million M&E projects.  Ideally you will either be an apprentice trained engineer who has gained hands on experience and progressed their career into Project Management or you will have a Building Services or related degree and already have gained significant PM experience.  A strong knowledge of the Heating, Ventilation and A-C products and related mechanical install issues is a must as is the ability to work on you own initiative and with a high degree if autonomy.  Our client’s reputation for quality workmanship and delivery over and above their customers’ expectations is central to their business strategy and as such you...
