HR Business Partner £40-45k + Car Allowance + Benefits Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire
We require a high calibre Human Resources professional to join a market leading international business with operations in the UK, Continental Europe and North America focused on providing customers with innovative and sustainable solutions to their requirements. Within Europe they employ more than 3,500 people and are one of the leaders in their growing market providing a range of products and services to both the public and private sectors.
In order to facility our growth strategy we are now seeking to appoint an CIPD Qualified Human Resources professional as HR Manager with responsibility for the Central Head office functions as well as the operations in London and the South East. Within this role you will be working closely with the UK Board and assisting a projects central to achieving profitable growth, as such you will need to be able to demonstrate the intellectual capacity and mental agility required to provide HR Business support at this level of seniority. Further more you will have to combine this strategic level with the personal presence and gravitas to convey this central message through out the business and crucially, through to front line operations.
You will already have gained your CIPD accreditation and ideally posses a related business degree. In your HR career to date you will have provided business support in at least one of the following environments; industrial, manufacturing or public sector (Local Authority, NHS or Civil Service). Previous experience of employee relations within a Trade Union environment would also be advantageous. In addition to Employee Relations and Engagement you will also operate across; Learning & Development, Resource & Talent and Reward & Recognition.
At a personal level you will be able to demonstrate a strong business awareness and commercial acumen and a natural affinity with the empowering can do approach to HR to enable the business to meet and deliver it’s objectives.
