Reporting to the Operations Director and working with the Board Of Directors, also being QIF Grandmasters the ideal candidate will be; • CIPD qualified • Instrumental in implementing the Company values and business plan into Company Policies and Procedures during an important time in the company’s growth taking the business on the ‘QIF’ journey • Able to add Quality: exceeding expectations and delivering on the standards we set • Innovative: constantly finding better ways to do what we do: small improvements are just as important as revolutionary changes • Experienced in the implementation of HR strategies, policies and procedures, ensuring business alignment and engagement across all functions adding Quality Innovation and Fun. • Experienced in cultural change/ change management within an organisation ensuring that best practise is adhered to throughout the site • Familiar with and have proven track record in HR Management within logistics/ food manufacturing • A sophisticated and effective communicator who...
