QA & Technical Assistant £16-20k Oxon

We are currently seeking to appoint for a Quality Assurance & Technical Assistant position available within the QA & Technical department of an innovative high volume food manufacturing business. This position will be reporting directly to the Technical Manager and as such you will be responsible for inspiring and motivating multiple teams to produce high quality products in an efficient and safe manner. The ability to work cross functionally is therefore essential. You will be able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team as well as being able to demonstrate a methodical and logical thought process. The ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the business is crucial. The Technical Department ensure that our industry recognised standards are maintain and as such you will be enabling the operation to deliver against our customers rightly high expectations. With the remit and responsibilities of this position you will be directly involved in a variety of qualitative and quantitative checks including; scale checks temperature checks, checking and filing of technical paper work. You will also collect and book in shelf life samples before conducting shelf life testing and recording the findings.
