You will have a proven track record of implementing lean manufacturing and Continuous Improvement tools and techniques ideally gained within a high volume manufacturing environment. Previous exposure to FMCG or indeed chilled food production would also be advantageous – more importantly you will be able to demonstrate your ability to deliver CI Prjoects with and through the individual people that make up the team, taking people with you on the journey is crucial for it’s longer term success.
