Production Manager We are seeking to appoint a Production Manager for a Pinxton-based manufacturer of high-quality architectural cast stone products for the construction and building industry. The company produces both wet cast and semi-dry cast stone products, supplying customers across a range of construction and building projects. Role Overview We are looking for a practical, hands-on Production Manager to lead the day-to-day running of our production operation. The successful candidate will be responsible for organising the production team, coordinating workflow, meeting customer deadlines, and ensuring that operational activities are completed safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards. Previous experience in cast stone, concrete, manufacturing, construction products, or a similar production environment would be desirable, but it is not essential. More important is the right attitude: someone who is organised, reliable, practical, willing to get involved, and able to lead people effectively in a busy production setting. Key Responsibilities Plan, organise, and manage daily production activity across wet cast and semi-dry cast stone manufacturing.
