Chief Operating Officer – Aquaculture This is a truly unique opportunity to join our business as it enters the next phase of our growth plan as we begin to scale up all of our aquaculture operations to a commercial footing.  With operations in; North America, Scandinavia and Japan the business is already well established and producing high quality seafood. The business is passionate about harnessing the power of the natural world to help reverse some of the negative ecological and economic impacts  we are seeing today. This has driven us to develop a system to help restore marine ecosystems, which had previously collapsed.  Harvesting and then continuing to grow within our ranch systems allows the ecosystem to heal whilst also producing high quality gourmet seafood.  Having recently received blue carbon credits we have now completed the first full life cycle of the business and are seeking a senior Operations lead professional to help enable the business scale up to commercial production across all of it’s sites.
