This innovation and customer focussed business supplies food ingredients to the drinks, food and nutrition sectors including the plant based and vegan space. They invest in people and believe in developing people for mutual benefit. They are profitable and continue to grow through the provision of healthier, tastier and more sustainable foods.

You’ll drive positive change, foster a culture of learning, and enhance the overall operation effectiveness. Your expertise in process improvement and change management will help the business be more adaptable and flexible in a dynamic market. You will work closely with internal departments and the broader business.

You might be an experienced manufacturing manager with lean experience looking to step up or currently in a CI manager job looking for a broader role.

Experience/qualifications

• Experience within a food manufacturing environment.
• Lean 6 sigma or equivalent qualified.
• Ideally have engineering experience
• Able to collaborate with people across the wider business.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Able to prioritise and make decisions.
• Great written and oral communication skills.
• Able to organise time and work to deadlines.
