You will be responsible for working with customers and internal teams to coordinate a high level of customer service. Organise product and commercial information to be correct and available.

Experience / Qualifications

  • Customer service experience.
  • Food industry experience is ideal or a technical product environment can be considered. 
  • Integrity and organisation skills.
  • Able to use a CRM or similar. Salesforce or SAP knowledge is useful
  • Customer focus.
  • Positive and friendly with other people.
  • Able to collaborate with people across the wider business.
  • Enjoy being part of a team.
  • Great written and oral communication skills.
