We are seeking to recruit a Design Services Manager to work wthin a Civil Engineering environment.  Our client is a world leader in the design, development and implementation of sustainable surface water management systems. For over 50 years, they have pioneered unique solutions that satisfy the need for high performance, environmental excellence, optimal return on investment and long operational life across a vast range of applications.  As such you wil be a Chartered Civil Engineer with a knowledge drainage.

The Design Services Manager is the in-house expert on Surface Water Management, SuDS and Storm Water Control. Managing a team of 5 Design Services Advisors providing customers with technical advice and appropriate drainage design.

Ideally you will have site experience, an understanding of application of surface water management products and you are a knowledgeable user of WinDes. You will follow with interest the changing environment around Surface Water Management, SuDS etc. Experience of managing a team is preferable.

Your knowledge will involve you with the entire Company from new product development, BIM Modelling to marketing of technical knowledge and installation detail.

This role is a permanent position, based in Bedfordshire. Some travel in the UK
and Europe will be involved.
