We are seeking to appoint a Continuous Improvement Manager on behalf of a multi sited, chilled food manufacturing at one of their facilities based in Nottinghamshire. You will have a proven track record of implementing lean manufacturing and Continuous Improvement tools and techniques ideally gained within a high volume manufacturing environment.  Previous exposure to FMCG or indeed chilled food production would also be advantageous – more importantly you will be able to demonstrate your ability to deliver CI Prjoects with and through the individual people that make up the team, taking people with you on the journey is crucial for it’s longer term success. The Continuous Improvement Manager reports directly to the Factory Manager and will hold responsibility for fostering a production culture that encourages continuous improvements. You will not have any direct reports but will be training and supporting others in manufacturing management.
