The company is currently undertaking an exciting expansion and is looking to add to its team by employing an ambitious, determined and enthusiastic Hygiene Manager.

The Role – Hygiene Manager
It will be your full responsibility to head up the hygiene team and continuously improve and develop the cleaning instruction cards. Maintaining the hygiene standards and being prepared for internal and external audits at all times. You will be in control of your own hygiene budget – experience working with a budget is essential. Clearly communicating with all members of the team on a regular basis, working with all departments to push forward on hygiene standards and advise on areas of concern and improvement.

You will be a confident, flexible and organised manager with the ability to access and approach areas of improvement with positivity and a view to improve and exceed hygiene standards at all times. Motivation to lead a team in audit circumstances to ensure all departments work towards the highest standards. You will bring your knowledge and expertise to the role and implement strategies to develop and train the workforce, identifying areas of strength as well as gaps in skill sets.
